Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.  The customer is responsible for return shipping.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition.  Blankets must include the blanket protector.  Shirts must be in the original plastic sleeve with all tags attached.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if it was approved or not.  If the item is found to be in used condition, you can elect to have the item shipped back to you or the item can be placed on consignment and you will be refunded when it is sold.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is make an in-person exchange, either at our barn or at a show we participate in.  In-person exchanges charge no restocking fee.

Refunds
Refunds attract a 10% restocking fee.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.   To avoid the 10% restocking fee, In Store Credit can be provided.
